YOGA
Are you interested in connecting with your inner yogi? I offer various online offerings, including 1:1 yoga, small group classes, and workshops for every experience level. I have an affinity for the basics and strive to keep my teaching accessible and straightforward. If you’re new to yoga, you’re in the right place.
My classes are a blend of playful fun and relaxing rejuvenation. I offer traditional vinyasa flow, slow yin, and restorative yoga rooted in Judith Lasater’s methodology.
Class schedule (online until further notice):
Tuesdays at 7:45 pm ET – Restorative Yoga
Available through Breathe Yoga online.
Wednesdays at 7 pm ET - Open Level Vinyasa
Open to Nazareth College students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
I also offer yoga on location for special events and groups.

Are you looking for a self-care workshop or retreat? I adore teaching and speaking to groups big and small about yoga, meditation, habit creation, productivity, and the self-care tenents that support them.
Workshops include:
- How to create and sustain a home yoga or meditation practice
- Goal setting, grounded in values
- Habit creation & sustainable self-care
- Productivity and planning for better days
- Restorative yoga and embracing deep rest
- Minimalism and adopting strategies for simplicity in your life and home
While “physical” retreats won’t be happening again until it’s safe to gather in person. I am embracing the digital space to provide small group retreats that combine a yoga or meditation session + workshop of your choice!
